WE’RE HIRING!
We're looking for someone whonotices, thinks, learns & acts
Suite Spotte is looking for a Part-Time Community & Operations Coordinator to join our small, locally owned coworking business.
This isn’t simply a front desk position.
We’re looking for someone who is curious about business, pays attention to details, takes initiative and genuinely enjoys getting things done.
Someone who notices what needs attention without always being asked. Someone who follows through. Someone who asks good questions, enjoys learning and wants to understand not only what we do, but why we do it.
If that sounds like the way you naturally work, we’d like to meet you.
What You’ll Do
You’ll help keep Suite Spotte welcoming, organized and running smoothly while learning many aspects of how our coworking business operates.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day workplace operations and member needs.
- Welcoming members, prospective members and guests and creating a genuinely hospitable experience.
- Learning our memberships, services and systems so you can confidently answer questions and solve problems.
- Responding to inquiries, assisting with tours and following up with prospective members.
- Preparing offices, meeting rooms and shared spaces and making sure they’re ready for the people using them.
- Paying attention to the details that keep our workplaces secure, organized and functioning well.
- Learning and using our coworking management and other business software.
- Following established workflows—and helping identify ways to make them better.
- Taking ownership of projects and following them through to completion.
- Supporting member communications, community activities and occasional marketing initiatives.
- Identifying issues, opportunities and improvements and bringing forward ideas rather than waiting to be asked.
Because we’re a small business, the work is varied. Some things are routine. Others require you to figure something out.
We think that’s part of what makes the job interesting.
How You Work Matters to Us
Experience is valuable, but we’re especially interested in how you approach your work.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Are highly organized and genuinely detail-oriented.
- Have strong follow-through and don’t let things fall through the cracks.
- Take initiative without needing constant direction.
- Notice when something needs attention—and do something about it.
- Have good judgment and know when to make a decision and when to ask.
- Are curious about how a business operates.
- Enjoy learning new systems, technology and ways of working.
- Look for solutions rather than simply identifying problems.
- Can manage multiple responsibilities and keep track of what still needs to be done.
- Communicate comfortably and professionally with different kinds of people.
- Are dependable and comfortable working independently.
- Enjoy being part of a small business where your contribution is visible and important.
You do not need previous coworking experience.
We’re much more interested in finding someone with the right mindset, business sense, curiosity and desire to learn.

We’re less interested in a perfect résumé than we are in finding someone who wants to learn, contribute and take ownership of their work.
